(Single Cup Serving)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
Add about 1/4-1/2 tsp water
Stir to form a chocolate paste
Fill cup about 3/4 full with milk or milk alternative
Add a dash of cinnamon
Add sugar to taste
Add more milk if necessary if it’s too chocolatey.
(Substitute half of the milk with half and half for a sweeter taste)
Pour contents into saucepan and heat on low until desired temperature is achieved.
Also, you can microwave for about 1-1/2 minutes
You can add 1/2 tsp peppermint extract for more of a minty flavor
Also can add a pinch cayenne pepper or chili powder for spiciness
